Our Rewards Program
A few people have commented that while they enjoy accumulating rewards points with repeat purchases, it hasn't been entirely clear how they can redeem them. It would also seem that the majority of customers are not even aware of the referrals system which provides discounts for both you and the friends you share the referral code with.

Login
Before you can make use of the rewards system, you will need to create an account with us. It's free and we don't spam our clientele (if anything, we might be a little light on our frequency of communications). In addition to keeping in touch, having an account saves you time whenever you return to our site to place any further orders and also activates the rewards program.
1. Access the Login (and sign up) item in the Left Hand menu by clicking on the hamburger menu:

This will take you to the page where you can log into your account or create one if you haven't already done so.

4. Navigate where you want to go
As as the account management on that page, there are links back to the home page (the CoSkin icon), the menu to go anywhere (hamburger menu), and the reward program bubble (bottom left of your window). Select the one you are wanting to go to next.
As a logged in user, any purchases you make will automatically accumulate reward points for you to use at a later date.
Reward Program
To access and use the reward program, follow the instructions below.
1. Once you are signed in, click on the Reward Program bubble that hovers on the bottom left.
2. With the rewards bubble expanded, you can view the rewards points you have accumulated.
3. In the example shown, the account has accumulated 200 points, requiring another 300 to reach the next 500 point coupon. If you have enough rewards points, then a Redeem button will appear to the right of the points score. Click that button to create a unique discount code to enter in your order and claim a discount.
Referrals
In that same bubble window there is also a referrals system. Some people have even been aware that we have it because you have to scroll down while hovering over the expanded bubble in order to see it.
The referral part of the system allows you to share a different discount code, unique to you, which allows friends you share it with to claim a discount as a new customer. It's a win-win because while they get a new customer discount, you will also receive more rewards points to use for yourself.
1. You must be logged in as shown above to access your referral code.
2. While hovering over the expanded rewards bubble, scroll down to see the referrals section.
3. Click on the duplicate icon to select the discount referral link to copy.
4. Paste the copied link into an email, social media share etc so your friends can click on it for you both to receive rewards.
How does it work?
Although the link starts off with i.refs.cc, it will take your friends to our coskin.nz site. Along the way though, their system will tag the link so that our web site knows to offer the discount and give you a reward (because it has your unique referral code) in the event that they make a purchase.
